As the month of November has gone, it is high time for reviewing sales figures and sales-related statistics. The new cars by Peugeot from the 207 series were excellent sellers in the November sales; both at car saloons and at dealerships; and this are the data provided directly by the car producer. The company reported that the new cars of 207 series saw a growth in sales in an amount of 43 percent in that month only. And November was just another consecutive period of thirty days which saw the increase in number of sold units. All other reliable sources of automotive information, Parker’s among them, also seem to confirm that the new cars by Peugeot are ones of the bestsellers in the United Kingdom and this positive purchasing trend began somewhere in May this year. Looking at dimensions of the 207 and other cars which recorded similar sales figures one may say that small cars dominated the top billing. The source of success of such small vehicles, just like the new cars of 207 series by Peugeot, can be found in the demand slowly coming back to the automotive market and the influence of scrappage scheme under which mostly vessels of smaller sizes were actually purchased.
